OUR THESIS

Construction is a $1.3 trillion industry in the United States. The monitoring and documentation layer - the system of record that determines whether lenders release capital, whether owners approve draws, whether disputes get resolved - is held together by spreadsheets, eyeballs, and manual data entry.

The company that closes the loop between what the drone sees and what the lender needs does not sell drone services. It owns the construction documentation workflow. That is what we are building.

We are already building. The question is not whether this gets built. The question is who builds it first.
